Bidding Has Ended!

hpfandomhatesterfs First of all, thanks to all our amazing content creators and those who have bidded on the work, on this post you'll find all the details you need to make your donations and provide proof to your creator and to the TWT, so creators can begin on your work ASAP.
Secondly, I'd like to thank everyone for their patience with the very sudden extension of bidding. A lot has gone on in my private life since I started organising this event, and I really wanted to still do it, because I believe very strongly in what we're doing, but I just didn't have the emotional or physical ability to handle the closing of bidding last week, and much of the time I didn't even have internet access. So thank you. The plus side is that it gave people more time to bid, and we've earned extra donations to important charities as a result. Soon I'll be able to provide a tally of just how much was earned for charity, and will share it all with you here.
Now that bidding is complete, I will be going through the auction and verifying the winning bids. Please give me about 2 hours to complete this process. Winning bidders will have confirmation on their comment and be given further instructions on making their donations to one of our approved charities.
It is very simple and straightforward. If you have won only one auction, you can make a single donation for that amount (or more, if you're feeling generous!) If you have won multiple auctions, you have a choice of making separate donations, or combining all in one donation, but you must make note in your proof email of the different amounts for the different auctions you've won, totalling that amount. You can make the donation in honour of the Trans Wizard Tournament or JK Rowling if you so desire, but it is not required.
After making your donation, send a screen cap of your confirmation page or confirmation email to your content creator AND to us here at the Trans Wizard Tournament by way of email to thursdaystgiles@gmail.com with the subject line of "Trans Wizard Tournament Donation."
Content creators--as soon as your winning bidder has been confirmed AND they've sent you proof of donation, you can begin working with them on what it is they'd like created! I will be posting a link very soon to an AO3 community where you can post the works once finished. This collection will be unveiled on the 31st of July, but creators can add to it any time before or after, and can also post elsewhere at anytime. It is not a requirement to post to the AO3 community, but I thought it would be a nice gift to JKR on her birthday, to show her all the wonderful works her tweets inspired ;)
